A specialist spray gun is used to spray statically charged powder which is attracted to the item that is grounded. The parts then enter a curing oven where it is heated to around 200°C bonding the powder securely to the part.
From a simple satin black to the brightest of reds and glittery golds. There are many colours to choose from available in satin or gloss.
Gloss and satin clear lacquers are also available if you would like to see the base material but want the ultimate protection.
